【临床医学】“双一流”院校大盘点！首轮5所，第二轮新增7所：共12所

2017年初，第一轮，拿下临床医学的名校有（5所）：北京协和医学院，北京大学医学部，复旦大学上海医学院，上海交通大学医学院，中山大学中山医学院。
另外第一轮的郑州大学，天津医科大学，第四军医大学的临床医学是自定学科。

2022年2月，等到第二轮，天津医科大学、郑州大学、第四军医大学的临床医学都转正了，去掉了自定的帽子。
第二轮其他医学名校也纷纷拿下临床医学一流建设学科，这些高校有：华中科技大学同济医学院，浙江大学，山东大学齐鲁医学院，广州医科大学。至此，全国共12所高校，入围临床医学“双一流”高校名单：

【医学五大重点院校】1960年 vs 1978年

1960年10月22中发（1960）868号酉字《中共中央关于增加全国重点高等学校的决定》，决定在原来20所（16+4）重点大学的基础上，再增加44所重点大学，原有的和新增加的共64所。1963年浙江大学、厦门大学、上海外国语学院（上海外国语大学前身）、南京农学院（南京农业大学前身）加入重点行列。这时候重点大学共有68所。

1978年，伴随着改革开放的启动，国家重新宣布了88所国家重点大学名单。这次分配事实上决定了今天大学的层次，只是在后来的近40年中，许多当时的大学已经不再是过去的名字，而它们之间也分成了不同的等级。这也许是当时的教育主管部门所没有想到的。




【1960年】医学院校5所：中国协和医科大学、北京中医学院（北京中医药大学前身）、北京医学院、上海第一医学院、中山医学院（中山大学中山医学院前身）。

【1978年】医学院校5所：北京中医学院（北京中医药大学前身）、北京医学院、上海第一医学院、中山医学院（中山大学中山医学院前身）、四川医学院。

中肿就此集齐CNS+临床四大主刊，再加上影响因子常年霸榜的CA，The Lancet Oncology、JAMA Oncology、JCO、Cancer Cell、Nature Medicine、Cancer Discovery，主流综合、专业期刊就差Annals of Oncology了，科研质量在国内独一档。下个月希望能够达成年内最重要的指标

有数据显示，截至2024年，我国约有1800所三甲医院。但三甲医院大多集中在省会及以上城市，地域分布不均衡。相应的医生、设备及前沿技术也随之呈现出不均衡分布态势。因此，相较于一线城市，三、四线城市“看病难”问题更为突出。
